==== Fair Trade Chocolate Mousse ====
 - it actually tastes good!

**INGREDIENTS:**
  * 2 Avocados, ripe
  * 2 Bananas
  * 5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  * 2 tsp vanilla extract
  * Optional: Agave nectar

**PREPARATION:** 
  * Food processor/ blender to combine the avocado and banana. 
  * Add cocoa, vanilla and any spices, such as cinnamon or mace you want. 
  * Taste test for sweetness, add agave nectar as needed.
