**Ingredients:**

  *     2/3 cup mayonnaise
  *     1/4 cup minced onion
  *     3 tablespoons minced dill pickle
  *     2 tablespoons pickle brine
  *     2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  *     1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish
  *     1 tablespoon sugar
  *     1 teaspoon kosher salt
  *     1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  *     1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  - Shred a head of cabbage
  - Shred an onion, preferably a sweet onion
  - Add whatever is in the refrigerator - celery, fennel
