**Corn pudding** - Eileen Hoban * A can of creamed corn, plus some frozen or fresh corn, drained * 1 tblsp flour * 2 eggs well beaten * 3/4 c of milk * 1 tblsp sugar * 1 tsp salt * A dash of pepper * 3 tblsp melted butter * Paprika **Directions** Combine corn and flour, to beaten eggs, to which milk has been added. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with paprika. Bake at 350F for an hour. To double, double all of the ingredients except for milk. Only add 1 1/4 c.
