  * Fresh peas, simmer to get them super soft
  * Dehydrate in oven overnight, as low as you can go, ~12 hrs
  * Deep fry
  * Toss in cajun spice mixture 
  * Store in airtight container 

Serve: salad w mustard vinaigrette and thin sliced radishes

GREAT condiment for a salad!
