=== Devil's Chocolate Meringues ===

Set oven to 200˙

**INGREDIENTS:**
  * 3 egg whites, room temp
  * 1 c sugar
  * 1 tblsp vanilla
  * 1/2 tsp tartar
  * 3 1/2 tblsp cocoa
  * 1 tsp cinnamon
  * 1/2 tsp mace
  * 1/8 tsp cayenne

**INSTRUCTIONS:**
  - Beat egg whites until stiff
  - Add sugar gradually, beating constantly
  - Add vinegar and tartar
  - Stir in cocoa and spices
  - Drop by spoonfuls onto non stick cookie sheets
  - Bake in oven that's cracked open for 2 hrs
