=== Mocha Frosting a la Ghirardelli ===

**Ingredients:**

  * 2 tsp instant coffee
  * 2 Tbsp boiling water
  * 4 oz Ghirardelli unsweetened chocolate, melted in double boiler
  * 2/3 c butter
  * 2 c confectioners sugar (have more on hand as needed)
  * 1/3 c whole milk
  * 2 tsp Kahlua, vanilla will do too in a pinch

**Instructions:**

Dissolve the instant coffee in boiling water

Stir into melted chocolate and set aside off the heat (this is esp important in warmer weather)

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter until fluffy

Gradually add the confectioner's sugar, milk and liquor, mixing until smooth

Add the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
