=== Savory Thyme Cookies ===


  * 3/4 c flour
  * 3 tbsp butter
  * 1 tsp salt
  * 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Mix quickly w your hands, adding a few drops of ice water to make it smooth
Wrap in foil for 30 minutes

On a well floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4" thick. Cut out cookies. 
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

great as appetizer/ or w cheese fondue
