==== Scallops with Vegetables & Oyster Sauce ==== //hoy pad nam mun hoy// * 2 tablespoons oil * 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped * 8 scallops, shelled * 4-6 cobs of baby corn, quartered * 2 ounces broccoli, chopped into small florets (about 1 heaping cup) * 2 ounces celery, finely sliced (about 1½3/4 cup) * 2 ounces carrots, julienned (about /3-½ cup) * 2 tablespoons oyster sauce * 1/2 teaspoon sugar * Ground white pepper, to taste - In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. - Add the scallops and stir-fry briefly, then add all the other ingredients one at a time, except the pepper, stirring well between each addition. - Sprinkle with the pepper and serve.
