Pie Filling
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then add corn syrup, bourbon and salt.
Fill 8 in pie shell to just under halfway with chopped pecans, add melted chocolate to the filling, mix and pour the filling over pecans.
Cook for 30 to 45 minutes at 325 deg, or until center passes toothpick test (won't be completely clean because of chocolate).
