2 blood oranges - peeled and sliced in rounds
1 navel orange (optional)
1 red or pink grapefruit - segmented
kosher salt & pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½ cup chopped roasted pistachios
