Ingredients:
(this can be any good crusty bread, but the focaccia is nice because of the salt and seasoning)
(again, can be any other cheese that will get stringy and gooey)
Instructions: Grease a 8“ x 8” baking pan.
Sprinkle half the cooked sausage into the bottom of the pan.
Place half the cubed focaccia in the an and sprinkle half the cheese over.
Place the remaining bread and repeat the layering.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard and S&P.
Pour over the casserole. Be sure to soak all the bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, if possible.
Preheat oven to 350˙, bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
