beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
3 tblsp white sugar (could be less, might be fab with coconut sugar)
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tblsp cornstarch
3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons orange zest, if you have more, great, if you have kumquats, thinly slice 2-3
broccoli or cauliflower florets, cut up small
2-4 scallions, cut into 1“ long pieces.
