Black Bean, Pumpkin and Turkey Chili

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper; cook and stir until tender.
  2. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
  3. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker; stir in the next 10 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours.
  4. If desired, top with avocado and green onions.
