E*A*S*Y Pie Crust

Dough for a 2-crust pie

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cooking oil
  • 1/4 c water
  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center.
  2. Quickly mix together the water and oil and pour into the hollow.
  3. Combine quickly and lightly with a few strokes of a spoon.
  4. Divide dough in half and roll out each half between two sheets of wax paper.
  5. After peeling off top layer of paper, invert the dough into the pie pan. Remove the second layer of paper.
