E*A*S*Y Pie Crust

Dough for a 2-crust pie
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cooking oil
- 1/4 c water
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center.
- Quickly mix together the water and oil and pour into the hollow.
- Combine quickly and lightly with a few strokes of a spoon.
- Divide dough in half and roll out each half between two sheets of wax paper.
- After peeling off top layer of paper, invert the dough into the pie pan. Remove the second layer of paper.
