Gremolata is a traditional Italian condiment.

  • 2/3 c finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-1.5 tblsp grated lemon zest
  • You can add ~1 tblsp olive oil if desired.

Mix all ingredients and let stand to blend flavors. Use to top baked potatoes, broiled chicken, or any mild flavored baked fish.
