Curry powder mix
- 2T turmeric
- 2T cumin, ground
- 2T coriander, ground
- 1T ground ginger
- 1T black pepper
- 2t cardamom
- 2t mace
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp ground cloves
To increase heat, increase pepper, ginger or add chilis Could add 1 tsp cayenne
