Wellness Flapjacks (pancakes)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 c flour (combo… rolled oats, whole wheat, etc, but no more than 1/4 c oats)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 egg whites - beaten until frothy
  • 1 c buttermilk or 1/2 skim milk + 1/2 c yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, add egg whites very last

add blueberries, pecans, etc.
